Creative Shepherds will manage your social networking accounts and develop all messaging and content for you. Since social media platforms are changing so rapidly, we will work with you to select the best combination of media platforms based on your budget and Buzz preference. For instance, we may recommend Pinterest in place of Twitter depending upon your messages and target audience. We often experiment with different messages and platforms to inspire action and generate more buzz for you!

To develop compelling communications on behalf of clients, we must first immerse ourselves in your business to gain a better understanding of what’s hot and what’s not, what’s on the cutting edge and what should be left on the cutting room floor. During this phase we will conduct a brief Q & A session with relevant company stakeholders to explore, clarify, analyze and establish your company’s/product’s personality and tonal attributes. The information we gather from this session will provide a foundation upon which to develop future communications.

After we immerse ourselves in the world of your brand or product and live there for a while, we begin to craft a library of relevant messages. Depending upon the level of service you select, we will storehouse a variety of communications (tweets, facebook posts, etc) to insure against “downtimes” or dark periods.

Message Management

A well-planned messaging platform involves more than just stating features and benefits of your product or service. It should also establish a personality and acknowledge the relationship between various messages and offers – perhaps even give recipients something to look forward to – for example, a coffee house could sponsor Manic Mondays and tweet offers that apply during certain business hours.

To help keep messaging effective, each message should speak to one or more of the following three agendas:

Timely Communications

To keep the library up-to-date, we will work with your team to continuously gather and develop content. In most cases, we will poll selected members of your company on a weekly or bi-weekly basis to gather relevant information to inspire communications. We are also available via text or email 24/7 to capture breaking news.

Once we have a sufficient library of communications, we will kick-off your campaign with inaugural posts, tweets, and messages. Depending upon the service tier you select, we will engage with our audience on a weekly, daily, or hourly basis if appropriate.

Management & Coordination

We will share communications and ideas via real-time documents such as emails, texts, and Google Docs in order to ensure timely posts.

A key factor in driving your success is increasing the size of the audience listening and your knowledge about them and what they want. To help you succeed, we may suggest conducting surveys, contests or simply promote feedback loops with your followers to engage them in conversation. The objective is to build rapport and gather more information, including email addresses and buying behavior.

Creative Shepherds will provide monthly reports with metrics regarding the number of messages sent and received, as well as any other pertinent data associated with your account. If we manage your Web site through our sister company, TYS Creative, Inc., we will provide a more in-depth report with Google analytics.
